400 words more.
But I’ve already used so much BS, I don’t know what to pull out now. I mean, I’ve burned through so many things. I even said that the overwhelming blue, green, and gray tones on stage contrasted the few dark red objects that symbolized wealth and was done in the style of a post-impressionist painting. Literally I have no where to go from here.

I am absolutely appauled.
It hurts so much to think that we have made so much progress in cultural awareness and away from racism only to find out that the NYPD, last week, announced that they have been monitoring every mosque around the New York City everywhere from Newark to Long Island. If that weren’t enough, later last week they announce that they have been watching Muslim students at Yale, Columbia, Syracuse,...

I'm sorry Mr. Conservative.
I did not base my political opinions from my intellect, experiences, or moral standpoint but rather solely because I am a child and am rebelling against my parents’ point of view. Thank you for making things so much clearer.
Help me pick two!
Recently I have been reckless and realized I need to take initiative in trying to start a career now. So I have those headshots that have just been sitting on my dusty shelf for a while. At first, it was overwhelming to choose two good headshots from the 150 proofs, so I just let them sit there (I didn’t audition last semester anyway). But now I want to be back in the game and I forced...
Today is going to be a productive day.
I will not return to Facebook or Tumblr until:
Gone for a run.
Finished my essay for Issue in Contemporary British Politics and Culture.
Went to the National Theatre bookstore.
Read ‘Tis Pity She’s a Whore.
Chosen my headshots! (about 6 months late)
Started my Modern Drama essay.
Boom. Today will be successful. I guarantee it.

get really fancy, paid-for, lunches with very important art journalist in London. So, I guess being an overworked intern did pay off? Now just for all the work I did last semester. When is that going to pay off?
Gave up swearing for Lent.
No swearing plus I gave up coffee and smoking cigarettes for the semester.
The real question is: will I actually be a New Yorker when I return back home?

Blah!
Every morning, its 11:30. Regardless of what hour I went to bed, I wake up at 11:30. It kills me because I never slept this late in NY or RI. It was always a very rare occasion to sleep so late. Last night I went to bed at midnight. Still 11:30.
I’m just in a strange mood. Coming here has offered much more self reflection than I thought (and that’s a good thing!), but I just feel like...

Just busted out this Close Reading of Twelfth...
Including analyzing every passage of dialogue of vi.ii, talking about its context in the play, questioning if the scene fits as part of a “happy comedy,” answered the question by paralleling it to Midsummer Night Dream’s iii.ii and (although its written after Twelfth Night) Moliere’s Scapino’s torture scene (to help prove my point), put it in historical context, and...

Late night contemplations:
I’m imagining the conversation I am going to have with my children when they get around 16. It is going to be very similar to a talk that Christine Kavanagh gave to us at rehearsal one day.. “Just remember, no matter what you do, I have partied harder than you ever will.”
I thought about how funny/ridiculous/great a “#noregrets” tattoo would be. Then I thought about...

I was never really a big house music fan,
But Goddamn that Skrillex concert was amazing last night.

NYC, take a rest!
I did light design for a show in Playwright’s Horizon’s White Box Theatre last year. The space was awful but it was amazing to design in it. Well because of that show, I just got offered to do another show but in the Robert Moss Theatre (the big and nice one) in April. But no. I will not be here. And its a cult fiction (it was described to me as Doctor Who meets Buffy the Vampire...

Things that rock:
Late-night solo walks on the Thames. As much as I love NY, we don’t have a Waterloo Bridge and that is something I’ll miss from this place.
Hey, I love you.
Yes, I love you.

I slept for 12 hours.
Think I’m getting sick. My roommate has spent 40 minutes in the bathroom, most likely washing his ponytail. I need to shower so I can slob myself over and down my feelings in Indian food. COME ON PONYTAIL BOY.

What the fuck are you eating and why the fuck does...
Its 2am. If the blaring lights that you love so much weren’t hindering my ability to sleep, the stinky food you just made as you make the most grotesque noises I have ever heard while eating, certainly are. Combine this with me finding you lounging your bare feet on my bed as you played World of Warcraft (there’s a fucking surprise) are officially my last straw. Never mind finding your...
London has made me an old, old man.
Went to the Royal Music House to see Beethoven’s 6th Symphony last night. Spent four hours in the National Gallery today looking at Van Gogh, Monet, DaVinci. And am now enjoying reading Plato and am looking forward to reading Othello. What is happening to me!?

Becoming a Shakespeare nerd.
Being able to spot the rhyming couplets in Richard II 5.3 and relating to the allegiance of hierarchy and paralleling it with historical facts about the politics of the time between Queen Elizabeth and Sir Essex. As well, taking that scene and deconstructing it to relay madness and putting the Porter in Macbeths 2.3 and the Duke and Duchess of York alongside each other to prove Shakespeare’s...

How you know you're in theatre:
There are more statuses on your newsfeed that read “Giants in the Sky,” “Into the Woods Act II,” “Madonna was a sexy sight,” or “I watched the puppy bowl” than actual sports related news. Bahahaha. I love my Giants. I love my theatre friends. This is a good night.
There is a fairly good chance the presentation of...
I miss New York. And I’m so upset I can’t be in the city for this right now. The city must be beautiful right now.

Bobby: I need to make a list of London goals. One of them is Chipotle. Another is get my hair cut.
Luke: YES. I've been dying for Chipotle. P.S. I'm drinking straight vodka right now... It's just that kind of night.
Bobby: Oh my God nooooo. That was me last night... I just woke up to find vomit on my carpet, my clothes on backwards, and 3 stuffed animals in my bed. no clue where the hell they came from.... Oh my. London is going to kill my liver.
Luke: That's the plan.
